1. Who provides your training

Adrifreeskate Academy provides rollerblading coaching, classes and online learning. The trading name is Adrifreeskate Academy. Enquiries and complaints can be sent to adrifreeskate@gmail.com.

Contact Adrian at adrifreeskate@gmail.com or on business WhatsApp +44 7440 230721. If an online platform is the seller for a particular purchase, its identity and checkout terms must also be stated before you pay.

For purchases processed through Whop Payments, Whop’s published buyer and seller terms describe Whop as the merchant of record for that transaction. These terms cover the Academy services described in your order. The dated offer and order confirmation specify the package, total price, delivery dates and included support. Statutory consumer rights always apply.

2. Joining and payment

These public offers are intended for adults aged 18 or over. Under-18 participation requires Adrian to agree a separate arrangement with a parent or guardian before booking.

Read the timetable, package description and safety requirements before choosing a membership. Email Adrian your name, chosen plan, cycle and the payer’s name if it differs from yours. Use the same email for your assessment, booking and online access so we can match your records.

Contacting us about enrollment does not create a login account. Clicking a Revolut payment link does not prove that payment has been completed and does not confirm a class reservation. Your request remains pending while Adrian checks the payment received and the agreed place/package. We will email acceptance and the order details; if we cannot provide the purchased service, we will return the payment rather than retain it for an unaccepted request.

For the current manual-payment arrangement, payment covers the specific cycle displayed before payment. There is no automatic renewal or recurring card charge for Warsaw memberships. A new cycle requires a separate payment. Do not pay for a part-cycle arrangement until Adrian has confirmed its dates, price and inclusions in writing.

Your confirmation will include the agreed terms in a form you can keep. Any payment reference should identify your enrollment without publicly exposing your contact details. Tell Adrian if the payer’s name differs from the student’s name.

3. Warsaw memberships and class bookings

A full Warsaw cycle lasts 28 days and alternates coached Active Weeks with independent Training Weeks. Structured classes take place on Mondays and Wednesdays during Active Weeks. The dates for your particular cycle, rather than every date visible in a booking calendar, determine your paid entitlement.

Speed Runner includes Confident Level 1, Confident Level 2, Complete Level 1 and Complete Level 2. Your assessment helps Adrian recommend where to start. Access to a class does not mean every exercise is suitable yet: Adrian will explain when a level is too advanced and guide you towards productive, appropriate practice.

Book each class separately through the member booking link after payment confirmation and level guidance. Classes have up to 12 students. Please book promptly and only reserve sessions you intend to attend. A membership is not an automatic reservation in every class. If the Academy cannot supply your included classes because of its capacity or cancellation, contact Adrian for an appropriate solution; statutory remedies are unaffected.

Assessment is coaching guidance, not an entrance exam. It is normal not to recognise exercises. Adrian reviews your starting level and may adjust it after seeing you skate. Moving into a higher class does not require completing every previous exam. Badges are awarded separately when the relevant exam standards are met.

4. Timetable, location and attendance

All Warsaw times use the Europe/Warsaw time zone. Active Week classes are Confident Level 1 at 18:00–19:00, Confident Level 2 at 19:00–20:00, Complete Level 1 at 20:00–21:00 and Complete Level 2 at 21:00–22:00. Classes are taught in English. Arrive about ten minutes early with your equipment ready.

The usual location is the Stadion Narodowy / Sokoła area. When cover is needed, classes normally move to Bulwar Flotylli Pińskiej, 00-468 Warszawa. We will communicate the meeting point and material changes. A covered alternative does not guarantee that every weather or site condition is safe.

If you cannot attend, cancel your booking promptly to release the place. A student’s ordinary missed session does not create an automatic refund, make-up class, transfer or rollover. This attendance rule does not override withdrawal rights, remedies for a service we fail to provide, or a separate written agreement.

If the Academy cannot teach a session, we may offer a suitable substitute instructor, an agreed replacement session or an appropriate refund for the unprovided service. We will not force you to accept a materially different service in place of a remedy you are legally entitled to.

5. Free Training, masterclasses and private lessons

Free Training normally takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays, 18:00–20:00, during Training Weeks. It is open to non-members. It is independent group practice: an instructor is not guaranteed to attend, and booking it does not buy a coached lesson.

Each masterclass has its own published date, location, duration, capacity, equipment requirements and price. Masterclasses are separate purchases. Speed Runner eligibility is checked against the Academy’s confirmed membership records; if your membership uses a different email, contact Adrian before paying. A booking confirmation alone does not confirm payment.

For a fixed-date masterclass, our standard policy is no voluntary rescheduling or refund for a change of mind or non-attendance, subject to the statutory rights explained below and any rights arising when we cancel or change the event. You may still contact us about any problem.

Private lessons are agreed individually in writing. Requests to reschedule at least 24 hours before the lesson can be accommodated subject to availability. Bundle dates, completion windows and any price adjustment must be agreed before payment; no unstated fee is imposed.

6. Safety, conduct and personal responsibility

Inline skating involves falls, collisions and other physical risks. Follow the instructor’s directions, skate within your current ability and give other people space. Tell the instructor privately about any limitation relevant to safe participation; you do not need to post medical details in a group or enrollment form. Stop if you feel unable to continue safely.

Bring suitable, maintained inline skates, knee pads, elbow pads and wrist guards. These pads are mandatory for organised sessions. Helmets are recommended for general skating and mandatory for ramps, pump tracks and any session that specifically requires one. Bring water and suitable clothing. Do not participate while impaired by alcohol or drugs.

The instructor may adapt an exercise or stop unsafe participation, including where required protection is missing. A proportionate safety decision does not remove your statutory rights. Coaching cannot promise that you will never fall or guarantee a particular progress result.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or excuses the Academy from providing its services with the care required by law. Participation is not a blanket waiver of claims.

7. Online learning, access and renewals

Online courses and mentoring are described on their individual offer pages. The six-week Blueprint offer currently shown on the website is £47 for the first six weeks, then £97 per month, with any platform fees and the final total disclosed at checkout. It is a paid introduction, even if a platform button uses trial wording. Check the final payable amount, renewal date and cancellation method before agreeing to recurring payments.

This separately purchased online subscription is different from the library access included with a Warsaw membership. Warsaw access does not enrol you in a paid online renewal. Your confirmation will state the library access period and activation instructions; paying early must not cause the included 28-day access to expire before the relevant membership cycle ends. Whop checkout should show the access period, any renewal date and the cancellation route before payment; if those details are not clear, do not complete the purchase until Adrian confirms them.

Online access needs a compatible device, internet connection, a current browser and the platform account specified in the offer. Courses and private community access are personal: do not share logins, resell access or redistribute course videos. You may use the learning material for your own practice. No unadvertised one-to-one coaching frequency or guaranteed response time is included.

For a recurring online subscription, use the cancellation route stated at checkout before the next renewal to stop future charges, or contact Adrian if you cannot access it. Cancellation of future renewal and statutory withdrawal are separate rights. Your confirmation will explain when access ends. Material changes will not retrospectively remove the services you have already purchased.

8. Withdrawal, cancellations and refunds

The Warsaw membership combines dated coaching/class access with the included library and Training Board. The applicable cancellation or withdrawal treatment depends on the package, when coaching begins and whether immediate digital access is requested; the checkout or confirmation must state the applicable route and any required acknowledgement.

Consumer cancellation rights depend on the service purchased. Some leisure or sporting services supplied on a specified date or during a specified period are exempt from the normal 14-day distance-contract withdrawal right. Where that exception applies to a clearly dated class or masterclass, we will explain it before purchase. It does not remove rights concerning cancellation by us, non-performance or defective services.

If you expressly request a service to begin during that withdrawal period, any lawful proportional charge for work already supplied must be explained before you request it. For paid digital content, any request for immediate supply and acknowledgement of a resulting loss of withdrawal rights must be obtained separately and confirmed in a durable form where required. Agreeing to these general terms alone does not provide that consent, and logging into a platform alone is not a blanket waiver for all services.

To withdraw where the right applies, send a clear statement to adrifreeskate@gmail.com identifying your name, the order, the order date and your wish to withdraw. You may use: “I withdraw from my contract for [service], ordered on [date]. Name: [name]. Email: [email]. Date: [date].” You are not required to give a reason. Eligible refunds will be made within the legally required period, normally within 14 days of notice, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without a fee.

9. Complaints, recordings and fair use

Send complaints to adrifreeskate@gmail.com with your contact details, the service concerned, what happened and the outcome you request. We aim to respond within 14 calendar days and will observe any applicable statutory deadline and remedy. Your consumer rights to seek assistance, dispute resolution or a competent court remain intact; these terms do not impose an exclusive foreign court or strip protections that apply in your country.

Training Board material may include instructor demonstrations and class summaries. Enrollment is not permission to use an identifiable image or voice of you in advertising. We will obtain separate permission where required and offer a way to participate without appearing in promotional material. Do not film or share identifiable classmates without their permission.

Respect other students and the community. Harassment, dangerous behaviour and misuse of shared materials may lead to proportionate restrictions after explanation, with fair handling of any affected paid services and statutory rights.

Personal-data handling is explained separately in the Privacy Notice. Changes to these terms apply to future purchases unless a lawful, agreed change is needed for an existing contract. The version accepted with your order is retained with that order.
