What we collect and why
When you contact us to join, we use the name, email, chosen plan, cycle and payment information you provide to match your payment and organise your membership. When you use the website enrollment form, we save your name, email, chosen plan, cycle and the version and time of your terms acknowledgement before opening Revolut. This records a pending enrollment, not a confirmed payment or a student account. We do not collect your card details on this website.
We use this information to take steps you request before a contract, match a payment, deliver the agreed service and communicate about enrollment. Later, we may hold booking details, a phone number, assessment answers, instructor-approved level and access status to organise your training. Name and email are necessary for this process; without them we cannot match your enrollment. This does not automatically sign you up for marketing.
Contract and pre-contract processing ordinarily relies on GDPR Article 6(1)(b); statutory record keeping relies on Article 6(1)(c). Proportionate security and dispute handling may rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f), subject to your rights. Optional promotional messages or promotional images require a separate appropriate basis and, where required, optional consent. Declining optional consent does not prevent enrollment.
Assessment and human review
The assessment helps recommend a starting class. It is not a pass/fail exam. We may use software to help organise responses or prepare a recommendation, but Adrian reviews and approves your level. No final placement or payment confirmation is made solely by an automated assessment. Do not put diagnoses, medical records or other sensitive details in the general form; speak privately to Adrian if an accommodation is needed.
Services used to run the Academy
Relevant information may be handled by our website hosting providers, Zapier for enrollment records and workflows, Gmail/Google for correspondence, Revolut for payment, JotForm for assessment, Cal.com for bookings and Whop for online access. WhatsApp is used if you choose to join the student group. Payment and platform providers may act under their own privacy terms for some operations.

Joining a WhatsApp group can reveal your phone number and profile to other members. Ask Adrian for an email route for essential class information if you do not want to join. Private member and activation links are not published on the website.
How long we keep data
We keep information for the purposes described in this notice: handling an enquiry, delivering your membership and meeting applicable record-keeping or legal obligations. We review records when they are no longer needed for those purposes. Contact us if you would like to ask about deletion of your information.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw optional consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact the Academy using the details above. We may need proportionate identity verification before releasing private information. You can complain to the Polish data protection authority, UODO, or another competent supervisory authority.
Website storage and other links
This enrollment design does not require an advertising profile, a password or a student login. We will explain any necessary security/session storage and website logging used by the enrollment service. Optional tracking requires a separate choice where applicable. External payment, booking and learning sites have their own notices; opening them in a new tab does not change which provider handles that interaction.
