1. Use of License & Digital Access
By accessing Adrifreeskate Academy’s website, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to view the materials.
General Materials: For free information/software, you may download one copy for personal use for 30 days.
Online Courses: Upon purchase of an online course, you are granted access to the content for [Insert Duration, e.g., Lifetime or 1 Year]. This license is for one user only. Sharing account credentials, recording, or distributing course videos and materials is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of access without a refund.
2. Disclaimer
The materials and online courses provided on Adrifreeskate Academy’s website are provided "as is." Adrifreeskate Academy makes no warranties regarding the specific results or skill levels achieved through online instruction. We cannot guarantee that the website or course hosting platform will be 100% uninterrupted or error-free.

Payment and Refunds:
In-Person Lessons: Payment must be completed 24 hours before the scheduled class.
Online Courses: Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of online courses and the immediate access to intellectual property, all sales are final and non-refundable once the course has been accessed.
Online Safety Disclaimer: Since online courses are self-paced and unsupervised, the participant assumes full responsibility for their environment and physical safety. Adrifreeskate Academy is not liable for injuries sustained while practicing techniques learned online. We strictly require all online students to:
Wear full protective gear (helmet, wrist guards, knee, and elbow pads).
Ensure their practice surface is suitable and free of hazards.
Consult a doctor before beginning any new physical training program.
6. In-Person Lesson Regulations
Safety: Mandatory pads and helmets for children; recommended for adults. The teacher may refuse participation if safety gear is insufficient.
Equipment: Academy-owned equipment must be treated with care. Damage from improper use will be charged to the user.
Cancellations: Private lessons must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so results in a forfeited payment.
7. Behaviour and Service Denial
The academy reserves the right to refuse service—including blocking access to online member areas—to individuals exhibiting inappropriate conduct, harassment, or "pirating" of course content.
8. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Adrifreeskate Academy shall be governed by the laws of London, UK, regardless of the user's physical location when accessing online courses.
